Today we begin the journey East. We went to bed around 11pm last night (so much for dreaming about 9 pm), but we’re retired, so we can catch up on our rest anytime. We didn’t really sleep last night, we were laughing and giggling like two kids at 4am with the excitement of starting this journey . Richard showed up at 5:20am to take. Us to the shuttle bus. Thanks Richard and Ruth for all of your support over the last couple of weeks, the smoothies , root beer floats and just for being there and making us smile and laugh! We arrived at the Las Vegas airport at 7:10am and went through security for the first time as non-FAA employees, like the regular folks. Life is good! Decided to grab some coffee, can you believe there was NO McDonald’s in the airport. That is unconstitutional , so we had to settle for Cinnabon. That was terrible  LOL!  so we are heading to Dallas as our next stop and then onward to New York where my wonderful brother in-law will pick us up to spend a very quick visit with the family. Tomorrow evening we are off to Brussels
